RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned with all original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories included.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and accepted by HighendScents. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 business days of receipt. You will be notified via phone once the refund has been processed.
